 Candidate Sourcing:

At Renato Recruitment we use a variety of channels to source our candidates, whether using our bespoke recruitment database to search for existing candidates, seeking referrals, networking or attracting applicants through online or print advertising, we use every medium available to us.

 However, unlike most recruiters who rely solely on CVs generated from advertising response, we proactively go out to market and head hunt candidates who possess matching skill sets and experience in line with our client’s requirements. We have found that this greatly improves the quality of candidates available to our clients as many who we actively approach may not have commenced their job search or registered with Recruitment Consultancies.

 Registration Process

Meeting with candidates is an essential part of the recruitment process and helps us really get to know our candidates as individuals. Knowing their skills, experiences and what they are looking for is essential for identifying the best position and environment for them to flourish. With this information we are then in an excellent position to provide you with a carefully compiled shortlist of candidates that not only match your vacancy criteria, but who are also right from a personality and cultural perspective.

 When briefing candidates we ensure that they are provided with all the available information on the vacancy and only when we are certain that they are genuinely interested in the opportunity will we submit their CV.

 Submitting CVs

At Renato Recruitment we feel that it is essential that a candidate’s skills, experience and suitability to the role can be clearly identified. We achieve this through the candidate profile that accompanies every CV sent to you. The profile highlights the candidate’s skills, attributes and experience in line with the position you are recruiting, we will also paint a 3-dimensional picture of what they are like as a person.

 We feel that this is as equally important as their skills and experience. All this ensures that you have all the information available to choose the right candidates for interview and from this select your ideal employee.

 Candidate Interview Preparation

Prior to every interview, Renato Recruitment candidates receive an email confirming their interview time, the address, who you are meeting, the job description, interview structure and further information on the Company. Candidates then go through a final briefing the day before the interview to ensure they have all the information they need and are prepared for all eventualities.

 Through the relationships we have built and the thorough screening process used, our clients have confidence in our service and know that every CV we submit can be viewed as a potential candidate and is worth interviewing.
